NPO focused on helping homeless children & youth development About 70% of South Africa’s 20 million young people were more likely to be victims and perpetrators of assault, robbery and property theft than adults (35 years and above) The vision of Twilight Outreach Centre is to reintegrate the homeless youths into mainstream society by providing: a safe compassionate transitional living space for homeless youth (18-35) who are committed to exiting street life, a safe daily environment for any homeless person to have access to a hot nutritious meal, a place and ablution facilities while availing themselves of the skills available.
